Dr. Shotwell’s patience and his ability and willingness to take his time and explain in layman’s terms exactly what is happening and what procedure will be done is such a blessing. Many times providers can be short on time and patience. And you can feel like you have no idea what is happening or what is going on. Sometimes as patient you may even be too overwhelmed to ask questions. Not with Dr. Shotwell. Our entire family was impressed not just by the skill he exhibited during his procedure but his bedside manner was beyond exceptional. He not only explained what was going on in detail but he also made himself available to answer all of our questions. Thank you Dr. Shotwell for your service to our community and our country. We are forever grateful.
