Excellent! I have been seeing Dr Curatolo for more than a year for trigger point injections. I had an accident in 2016. The mismanagement of my torn scalene muscles in New Zealand led to neurogenic and vascular thoracic outlet syndrome. The nerve damage has been extremely painful, preventing me from working. The trigger point injections I've received under the care of Dr C and his team have been life changing. They haven't cured me, but have made life more manageable. Typically it is a student who performs the procedure, under the guidance of Dr C. Dr C is careful, using ultrasound to guide injections. Dr C is calm and an excellent communicator. I feel that I could learn to do the job under his supervision and instruction. He asks patients to report back on how the treatment is progressing - so he knows if it is working or not. Every doctors should learn to close the loop - to get feedback on the effectiveness of treatment! He also has a great team and office staff.
