Patient Reviews
Aug 20, 2020
Dr. Molinari did my liver transplant at UPMC in early March 2020. From the time I met him during the transplant evaluation through my transplant and aftercare, he has been nothing less than absolutely amazing! For starters, he saved my life. Due to Dr. Molinari, I lived to see my 39th birthday in mid-March 2020. Throughout my end stage liver disease and evaluation process, he thoroughly explained everything and always ensured that my parents and I understood my complicated disease. He's so kind and always listens to my concerns and answers my questions. I can't imagine going through this illness and this life-saving transplant with a better surgeon. He's the absolute best, I'd put my life on it!!

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
