I visited Urgent Care at Kaiser Permanente in Panorama City on a busy Saturday for a painful ingrown left great toenail that did not respond to more conservative treatment at home. The Kaiser advice nurse recommended that I go to Urgent Care. Dr. Beshara carefully explained that she would inject a local anesthetic and then remove a length of nail on the inside of my toe. She was very gentle and understanding and provided me with an open-toe boot and easy-to-understand instructions for after-care.
