Dr. Michelle Felix is a compassionate person and a consummate professional, providing only the highest quality care and treatment. I've seen her several times, having required extensive work over several weeks, and each and every time she was such a delight. While I'm not a nervous dental patient, it was so clear to me how important patient care and comfort is to her (and team). She is gentle and intuitive, sensing discomfort and adjusting accordingly. Remarkably, during one of my appointments, she had to attend to two unexpected emergency procedures with other patients, but even rushed and under pressure, she was nothing but calm & kind (and apologetic) when attending to me. She cares deeply about her patients, even after they've left the office, which I also had the opportunity to witness; during another appointment of mine, a patient called in with an emergency, and she kindly excused herself for a moment to speak to the patient directly. Dr. Felix is the best dentist I've ever had!
