My mother was in labor with me in 1981, There were complications and the pregnancy was at risk. Dr. Seeley tested my skeletal blood and personally ran the sample to the lab himself and waited as they tested the blood. Upon seeing the low oxygen levels he immediately started an emergency C-Section and got me out safe. Here I am 40 years old and without cerebral palsy. My mother would occasionally recount the story of Dr. Seeley saving my life and I'm sure it was likely another day for him and doesn't even remember. He should know that his actions that day resulted in my ability to thank him today. Thank You Dr. Seeley for saving my life in 1981 at St. Vincents Hospital.
