Always schedules appointments around my work schedule. Always listens first and answers questions or looks up answers. Always explains the root of my condition and treatment and prognosis. Staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Karim always takes time with appointment and I never feel rushed. Will text me answers to my questions. When I was seriously ill with covid, he called late at night to check on me and again the next morning. His knows his stuff or researches and finds out what is new and updated treatments. I never wait more than 5 minutes!!! Excellent physcian!!
