Dr. McCoy was timely in her exam, through, friendly, asked a lot of questions, listened to my concerns, provided medical solutions, and helped with my medical needs. Her nurse was very nice as well. The office is clean and updated. There were several issue with the office staff scheduling errors and errors in billing codes which caused months of headaches with the insurance.
