Dr. Eichorn and his entire staff are very warm, friendly, welcoming, and extremely good at what they do. Especially in making the patient feel at ease with reassurance on what will take place and what to expect. One outstanding experience happened after my surgery to both hands. I had to place some jewelry in my pockets before the procedure and during or after the procedure, my wedding ring fell out of my pocket and when I discovered it, the office was already closed however, when I returned to the office after hours, there was a cleaning lady present by the name of Maria, who graciously answered the door and looked and found my ring and returned it to me. Maria should be recognized for her service above and beyond.
