Dr. Richman is an excellent primary care physician who has not been able to practice as a result of an excessively punitive and inappropriate New Jersey Medical Board, depriving him of his career, and the wonderful care he provided to his patients. The New Jersey Medical Board must be held accountable for their disgraceful and shameful treatment of Dr. Richman.
