Everyone is friendly, kind, considerate, and helpful. They quickly put you at ease (in what can otherwise be humiliating circumstances.) The doctor explains everything up front, including ALL of your alternatives, makes sure you understand, and provides ample opportunity for you to ask questions. I could not have found a better place to go for my complete pelvic prolapse.
