Dr Gonzalez yes as an amazing surgeon can be overbooked. I look at like if I need an extra 30 min to an hour to correct an issue he will take that time with me I’ve been having surgeries since I broke my entire face in a car crash in 2012. He tries to humanize and relate to ppl which I personally appreciate. I appreciate his time dedication and treatment of me he is such a great doctor and I have never had an issue after any surgery major or minor. In my opinion if you want to see someone that is respected sought after and extremely competent for this field being patient is a must. It can’t be easy helping other ppl by taking his time just for him and his staff to be treated awfully by the next 10 patients. He tries his best to help as many ppl as he can and I applaud him for that. If u want to see someone who has all the availability as no one else will see than that’s your prerogative
