Dr. Ansari is excellent; office staff not so. Don't try telephoning for anything, you go to VM even though when you go there, there are two people at reception area and other staff immediately in the back office on the computer.Don't hold your breath waiting for them to call you back to arrange an appointment. For example, if you need clearance for surgery, you can leave msgs with scheduling, the nurse or physicians assistants and they don't call you back.They seem okay when the doctor sets a future or follow up appointment but not when it's important to see your cardiologist for something outside a regular or follow up appointment.The telephone number at the Inverness office, rings like six times and disconnects. Crystal River office telephone always goes to voicemail.Doctors are excellent. Customer/patient responsiveness extremely poor.
