On my first visit to see Dr. Elgamal, he and his whole staff were friendly, informative, and encouraging and I didn't feel rushed at all. On the day of surgery he came in to see me and afterwards took time to explain everything to my friend who accompanied me. Three days later he called me himself on Saturday to let me know the lab results from my surgery. I would recommend him to anybody and would want him for my surgeon again.
