Dr Kotb gave great explanation and communication while at my 16 year old's appointment. He spoke with her in a very empathic manner, listened to her, discussed her issues, engaged me as her mama, and had a positive bedside manner. He was wonderful in answering all questions she had, asking his own inquisitive questions, and was a very open and caring person--taking into account there is more to good health than just the medical issues at hand. Truly recommend.
