I have been looking for a permanent primary care doctor at Kaiser for many, many years and have bounced around from one to the next. No one ever leaving a good impression. That all changed today when I had my first appointment with Dr Casillas. Simply put, Dr Casillas is an exceptional doctor. She actually listens to you, goes over your entire history, and truly wants to help you solve any issues you're having. Not only does she spend time to really understand what's going on, but she then immediately takes action and is incredibly knowledgeable about all areas of medicine. I'm thrilled to finally have a doctor who I feel I can work alongside as my health advocate.
