Upon arrival I was greeted with a hello and warm smile and was ushered directly to her exam room. After we spoke, she seemed trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned about my condition. I had sufficient time to express my concerns and she spent time to explain, make suggestions, and ask appropriate questions. I went in believing I needed a specialized test but upon review, she felt it was unneccessary; thus referring me to another specialist and then back to see her.
