I was seen and treated by Dr. Corso who was very professional. It is a shame that an excellent doctor, and her nurse, has a terrible and rude staff when you call to make an appointment or to request to transfer your call to leave a message for Dr. Corso's nurse. I was asked to leave a message as the Dr wanted to know about my treatment however the staff hung up on me. After calling back not only was the receptionist more rude she proceeded to hang up on me again! Her staff hung up on me on purpose twice! How RUDE. No customer service at all. Employees like her should be given common customer service training or at least hire someone with common decency. Unfortunately, I can't rate her staff who answer the calls. If that was the case I would rate only with 1 star. I would rate my excellent doctor Dr. Corso 5 stars but I only rated 4 stars instead because the rude and terrible staff who answer the calls.
