I hurt my back lifting weights and must've gone to a dozen doctors, massage therapists, and physical therapists. I tried dry needling, cupping too. Dr Rho did the exact same exam that every other doctor did, but immediately knew it was a bulging disk. She got me connected to specially trained physical therapists who not only helped me fix the problem, but also helped me with exercises to keep it from happening again.
