I have found her to be understanding, helpful ,caring and supportive. She has helped me with depression that I have suffered with all my life due to child abuse. She listens intently and offers different ways to cope and she doesn’t lead you in a direction that you aren't comfortable with and does not talk down to you and validates your feelings and helps you to understand them. It took me years of suffering to finally find the one that truly cared enough to help me understand it wasn’t my fault and the release from that burden made it possible for me to finally live without a cloud over me thinking I was to blame for every bad thing in the world because I was conditioned to believe that from ones that were suppose to love me. Also Dr Lentz has the best staff in Amy who will help you as much as she can.
