I was taken back to the exam room at my scheduled appointment time. The nurse was courteous and friendly, asked me about my concerns, verified my health history and medications, and left. Dr. McCarty showed up in about 3 minutes. She was also pleasant and helpful. She did not seem rushed, addressed my main and secondary concerns, and offered a skin check which I had not requested but is a good suggestion since I can't see my own back. Very satisfied with this visit.
