Dr. Brubaker led the Craig Hospital team responsible for my rehabilitative care following spinal surgery and the resulting paraplegia in Sept. 2017. Her daily involvement ensured I was prepared physically & emotionally for life in a wheelchair when my stay was over. Since then, I've met with her on a number of occasions over the last 4 years to discuss medical issues. She allows listens to my symptoms & concerns before recommending a course of action. I've never left an appointment feeling I didn't receive appropriate, effective care. And her encouragement for me to be the best I can be is the icing on the cake. Although her patients arrive with severe physical challenges associated with spinal cord injuries and brain trauma, she finds a way to a better life. The above sentences barely scratch the surface for enumerating the positive ways Dr. Brubaker has touched my life after the worst of days.
