I have consulted Dr Poncy by phone and have received excellent, precise, and effective information immediately. I suspect this is due to his attentive listening and what must be an extraordinary memory of his training and experience. He is personable—wants to know where your grandpa and ma come from—witty, and handsome, but he’s not hung up on last point. Doesn’t take himself overly seriously, but he certainly takes his patients to heart .
