Dr. Schein was very compassionate when I came in with a bad infection. He tried really hard not to be too invasive. He even came in on his days off to clean the incision and make sure the infection was not coming back. His staff was very caring and helpful. The only complaint I have is the front desk lady in the hospital was very rude and ignorant when I called on a Saturday night.
