I recently switched to Dr. Siddiqua as my primary care doctor. Today I had my first appointment. I was being seen for a pain in the right side of my abdomen and back. I had been seen on two previous occasions for the same issue. Once in the ER at Sand Canyon and once by a doctor at Barranca Medical offices. After extensive lab work and CT scan, the problem persisted. When I saw Dr. Siddiqua, she reviewed all the information available on my situation. She asked me a number of questions and then examined the area of concern. She theorized that i had developed an abdominal hernia. Even though her theory sounded reasonable, I was surprised because I had never had any surgeries or issues in that area. She explained that through process of elimination that a hernia was the most likely cause of my problem. She sent me to the Sand Canyon Medical Center for an ultrasound procedure. The ultrasound did indeed detect a hernia. My appt. was for 10:50AM after ultrasound I was finished at 1:30PM
