Upon entering the waiting room of Blue Mountain Psychiatry there is a calmness and uncluttered environment. The Receptionist is friendly and helpful about asking any questions about my insurance coverage and or payments. Dr. Rafai greets you with a genuine 'Hello, how are you' and makes you feel comfortable from the start of the session. He gets right to the subject as to why I am here today. Dr Rafai goes over how I am doing and feeling in an affable and unrushed manner. When the sessions over I feel that my questions and or concerns about my well-being were professionally and sincerely addressed. At the end of the session one of his friendly and knowledgeable staff members would inquire if we had any other questions prior setting up my next appointment. We have always been able to reach out to Blue Mountain Psychiatry, by phone in time of need, and for the most part been able to speak to someone on Dr. Rafai's staff immediately to address our needs and or concerns.
