I suffered a horrific ankle injury several months ago. My foot was at a right angle to my leg and bones protruded from the other side. I was taken to the UMC emergency room where Dr Martin and his team immediately set the bones and performed surgery. One week later Dr. Martin performed a second surgery to remove the external brace and replace it with plates and screws.I am now back to regular activities thanks to the doctor's superior skills. I highly recommend Dr. Martin for his accomplished skills, professionalism, and upbeat personality. It was quite refreshing to have a caring and compassionate surgeon who took a personal interest in my recovery!
