What really stood out was how much this lower back epidural injection helped my pain. I have a lower back pain and a sciatic nerve pain in which it was hard, at times, to even get out of bed like a normal person. Sometimes even had to get out with head, arms first. This shot in my lower back was done every 3 months ( had 3 of them so far), and was pretty much painless, felt like a bee stink just for a moment. And I do not like shots, but I despise this sciatic pain even more.
