Dr. Gibson has been treating me for many years. I have more than one rheumatic condition. When my primary care doctor retired, I sought her out for treatment, because she is well respected in the field of Rheumatology. She has been actively working with me to manage my conditions and their subsequent side effects. She is patient, knowledgeable, and she always explains my options to me. Any time she receives back all of the laboratory test results, she takes the time to call me, after seeing all of her patients for that day. I have never had a doctor that has ever done that. There are no cures for my conditions, so I have already accepted that as my reality. I am very grateful to Dr. Gibson, because she has improved the quality of my life. Most people do not know that there are more than 300 rhematic diseases that exist today. These types of diseases will affect 90% of women and 10% of men. Men find it harder to be diagnosed, too.
