Dr Addepally listened and asked many questions on my very first visit regarding my numerous concerns. She did extensive lab testing to rule out something more serious and I had already had both upper and lower endoscopy procedures.She took me back to basics and asked if I could and would follow a restrictive diet for 2 months. I was willing to try anything..,. I said yes and did so accordingly. Low and behold two weeks in, my illnesses and numerous symptoms VANISHED after going on the FODMAP diet. At my 2 month visit, Dr started me adding food back one at a time, evaluating it's effects before proceeding on. A diet 'fixed' my IBS-D!! And because Dr Addepally, I have my life back!! She did the simple things first.... not running up a huge bill for me to owe yet another provider. What a novel idea. I hope it catches on. (Winky face)! And her interventions made a significant impact on the quality of my life!!
