Dr Vishniavsky listens intently to what you have to say and talks directly to you in language you understand. He asks pertinent questions to zero in to what you are describing. He will consult a specialist if he has a question to clarify something which he isn't %100 sure about. If he suspects that a specialist will serve you best, he will not hesitate to recommend one to you. No BS trying to snow you into thinking he has all the answers. Highly recommend! He will talk to you and listen!!!
