She is extremely formal which may be perceived as off putting and robotic to those unfamiliar with her but in reality this formality is because she is genuinely meticulous and exacting in all things that she does. Besides, people need to remember that she is dealing with grievously ill children all day, if anyone deserves to be a bit cold and robotic it is a pediatric clinical care physician.
