Dr Spates took care of my daughters for many years. She was always unfailingly kind and interested in their lives. I have respected the advice she has given. She has at times correctly diagnosed surprising things correctly, like shingles in my 11 year old. My youngest has asthma, and Dr Spates gave excellent care to her, providing helpful parameters so we could care for her well at home and knew when to get more help.
