Dr. Chang is my long time doctor by my choice. She continues to be attentive, listens to my comments and questions, has a good sense of humor, explains her analysis and decisions well, and follows through with her part in things. If I have a particular concern/fear, she responds with definite recommendations and asks for follow-through information so that we can look at things again, if need be.
