I was on the search for almost 2 years for a hematologist because of a prolonged aPTT level. PCP was trying to refer me to a hematologist but the previous hematologist quickly dismissed my case with only looking at records and labs. I was finally referred to Dr Santos by my son’s hematologist. Dr Santos finally gave me the time and listened to my concerns. He did labwork and confirmed an issue and gave me information I needed. He is one of the few doctors that actually listen to their patients!
