She is patient, experienced and kind. She listens attentively to what you are saying & provides you with clear & simple explanations. However, her office staff NEVER picks up the phone. They like to play "cat and mouse." You leave a message & then they will call you back & if you missed their call then you have to call them back again, & so on. It's FRUSTRATING to call the office & out of 10 times, only ONCE the secretary picks up the phone. Is this normal practice? Hire competent staff please!
