I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the dr. himself, and usually, the staff. This last time, though, the assistant or nurse (whoever did my EKG) needs to be disciplined . She verbally degraded me, and refused to take my blood pressure as well, but the degrading word was the worst. I notified them via the patient portal as to what happened but who knows who screens those messages.
