The scheduling system is poor. I usually see her in Loveland but because I am leaving the country on Sat. I made an appt over the phone for Fri 2/9/24 @ 9:00am @ the Fort Collins office. I arrived on time & she was not even there. Another Dr in her office agreed to see me an hour later @ 10:00. I believe the problem is her office does not make her appt. They are made by a central Banner Health booking system. This system is not working.
