I am writing this now as I just happened to see some of the reviews of Dr. Herz and I’m very surprised. Five years ago I had a partial retina detachment. Dr. Herz immediately got on the phone and found a Retina specialist that could see me immediately. She spoke to the Specialist on the phone and sent me right over. The Retina Specialist was great. A possible side-affect of retina surgery is fast growing cataracts. Six months after my retina surgery I required cataract surgery in the operated eye because of pressure in the eye from fast growing cataracts. This was during COVID so Dr. Herz got special permission during shut-down for me to have the surgery. I have 20-20 vision in this eye. Dr. Herz has always taken a lot of time with me and explained everything in fantastic detail. I have always been treated with utmost curtesy and professionalism by everyone in this office.
