I had a dental procedure performed by Dr. Grady. His professionalism and work was great considering his lack of help. The assistant was disrespectful. She didn’t have the correct tools on the tray for him to repair my broken tooth. When told there was no water in the reservoir for the drill, her response was that she checked it last week!!! He asked for certain tools, her response was she didn’t know where they were. He had to leave my chair twice to go get items he needed. One item he needed was not found. I asked what was his plan, he said PLAN TWO! Not only did she sit there with her eyes shut, I kid you not, she didn’t bother getting what he needed. He told her she wasn’t holding the light on my tooth and her response was argumentative. She jammed the instrument to the opposite side of my mouth so hard that my mouth is still sore from her today. If I need any further work done, he will be my choice for a dentist but I refuse to have her be his assistant on my mouth.
