I visit ENT Associates once a year for and all-in-one hearing check, hearing aid tune up and Dr. Sautter at the end for ear cleaning. Been a patient for about three years now. Dr. Sautter hardly keeps me waiting and is attentive when we're together. Ear cleaning is not a big deal really. I do have a deviated septum and other nose problems that need correcting. Dr. Sautter says the 'nose job' I need would best be done by a specialist in Seattle and provided me a referral. In all a good ENT doctor. Staff is friendly too.
