It all happened suddenly. We were in Palm Coast went to Advent Health Clinic my husband just didn't feel right. They told us to go asap to the hospital and was going to call an ambulance. This nurse privately said to us not to ho to the Palm Coast Hospital but drive yourself to Daytona . So that's what we did. He was checked into Emergency and then was admitted and luckily Dr Valin was on duty and he operated on him and gave him a Stent. I was beside myself my husband is in his 80's but healthy so this was such a shock. Dr Valin stayed in touch with me personally and he is now i am proud to say my husband's cardiologist.A great doctor. Quiet Unassiming and Brilliant. We found out that we got the best there at that hospital and it was all due to that nurse who suggested we hold on and drive there. .
