Listened carefully to my concerns, scheduled tests, and performed thorough examinations before deciding on a course of action. Made scheduling arrangements so I could come back and see him the following day for an injection. He utilized ultrasound to guide the needle to the proper site. Explained the procedure to me as he was performing it, which was reassuring. Also went into great detail on what he was seeing and doing with the med students who were in the room observing that day. Very professional. But also very human, caring interaction with me, as the patient. Sense of humor. Result was a marked and immediate improvement in my condition that very afternoon.
