Long story short. I was 41 when I started seeing Dr. Pfister I had a 70% blockage in my brain. No systems, but did get an exertion headache while doing pull ups and it lasted a few days. My brother had recently passed from a brain aneurysm so that was the concern. I knew something was going on with a tooth but it was never said to be an issue. Color was fine but it did bother me. I have been to dentists every 6 months for I dont know how long. So no worries right? After MRI, that showed the blockage, my Dr sent me to Dr. Pfister. I did not mention the blockage (didn't think it had anything to do with it). They scrape plaque and show the bugs that are there under a microscope (crazy). Mine had some white blood cells (infection) and after x-ray (not sure why other x-rays never found it) he showed me that the tooth that was bothering me was dead. After removing it (long process because they want it to heal before replacing) by next MRI was clear. I have all the proof:)
