Dr. Elwood operated on me on the fly when I showed up to the ER on a Sunday afternoon with a hematoma. He explained risks and options clearly, answered my questions, got my prior surgeon on the phone, respected my priorities, got me into the OR quickly, and checked in twice IRL the day after. His office adjusted my follow-up appointment to match my healing progress. And the scar he had to reopen and sew shut again barely looks any different after the procedure. Very grateful.
