I was admitted to Baylor in Waxahachie with a leg injury due to a fall. From ER to discharge, the patient care was exceptional. After 2 days of IV antibiotics and given the results of the CT scan, Dr Ludwig knew the only resolution was for surgery to drain and culture what could possibly be an abscess or a hematoma. Dr Ludwig was clear about the procedure and revealed a personal trait of extreme kindness with the patient’s family circumstance. Fortunately, the diagnosis was hematoma with a negative culture. From surgery through follow up, Dr Ludwig’s experience and expertise provided the very best of medical and personable care. I would highly recommend Dr Ludwig as an excellent physician and surgeon.
