Dr. Cogswell & Nellie were very patient with me. I didn't feel rushed. They explained everything and gave me several helpful suggestions. I was leary of going because it is in the city, that I'm not familiar with and a bit of a drive, but I'm glad I did. I felt listened to and not rushed, that doesn't happen much! I tried to give 5 stars but I don't think it worked for me. I'd give more if I could!! didn't work
