I have been a Parkinson's patient of Dr. Stover's for about 15 years. She is the only movement disorder specialist I would ever recommend. She is thorough and always listens. Officially diagnosed with PD in 2003 it's been quite a long road. No one can tell you what to expect, your doctor is your partner to help you manage whatever symptoms you develop. Educate yourself, find a support group, get into a Parkinson's physical therapy class. Hope this helps.
