Dr. Chen is outstanding. He correctly diagnosed my arm pain as rsulting from cervical stenosis after I was misdiagnosed by three other physicians. Dr. Chen's ability to formulate diagnostic imprssions is truly excellent, and I am eternally grateful to him. He is kind, compassionate, and a brilliant physician!
