When I had my first appointment with her, I knew and felt that she was the one who could help me. She has been extremely helpful at getting back to me my phone when I have either had a question about a new medication or needed to report some side effects I began having after starting the mediction. She listens extremely well, and addresses the issue forthright. She is open minded to my asking about anything in terms of medications. She defines caring/understanding. I trust her. Jan Connor
